I think it a fair assumption that proceeding with the General Meeting and posting out the voting sheets , means that the Board of TAM is not too worried about the threat from the MLX boys. If the damages claim had any real substance, it would not make sense to proceed with the vote.

Poker, see todays announcement, another denial by your NST barrister of MLX case, yet he continues to seek legal advice. I would have thought that he would have batted this poor sad MLX case away with his track record as a barrister in company law! not to mention the extra firepower he has with his other board members legal background.
