Yes well, Mr Squire, of course TAM will say they are seeking legal advice (which I am sure they have already received), but here's the thing - the Board of TAM has two seasoned Barristers, at least one of whom specialises in company law. I think it a fair assumption that proceeding with the General Meeting and posting out the voting sheets , means that the Board of TAM is not too worried about the threat from the MLX boys. If the damages claim had any real substance, it would not make sense to proceed with the vote.
