I recall in the TAM/NST announcement that Allied showed their hand and said they would vote in favour of NST deal. You should check.
There are influencing factors all over the show here.
A very big factor is that TAM are obliged to state their case and make recommendation, equally their lawyers will advise them to tell SH's their advice is that MLX HOA can be terminated, HOWEVER, if MLX is successful in contesting NST deal, the downside could be x. They would be mad if they don't IMHO.
