Thanks Sydneysider and Nolly for your input. I was dismayed at the in specie cancellation as my interest in ORS has been Maldon, which has been passed around now from one company to another like "pass the parcel" (rather than "pass the bomb" I hope).
Who needs shareholders (other than to finance the exploration) when decisions seem to made as though we're a private company. Will be interesting to see if Gandel Metals builds up a stake in AYC despite the in specie cancellation. .. I suspect there will be more deals done before too long - with or without shareholder approval
