We now have the notice of meeting,we have been told that cost cutting has occured.Lets be serious board there are five of you.
When the current three that replaced Evans and O;Conner came on the Chairmans fees went from 40k to 80k and non-execs from 20k to 40k.
My question is lets get a current statement from the board about fees,indeed during the last 12 Months when cash was short did they take a cut and then pay it out later?What about now Gentlemen? Over to the Chairman.
