The 33% return assumes no retrenchment costs for the staff, no legal costs incurred by the existing directors on the way out, no office lease break cost, etc.
There are plenty of shells around.
If there are unused franking credits that would be good.
As for Sandon being experts I am not sure, Listed at $1.00 now 93c.
