In their presentation on October 29, apart from approximate 4 cents a share in cash left they had on a slide that book value of some other development assets of 1.4 cents. At this stage I can't give you much more info than that.

Though if Sandon have done their research correctly even apart from any icing on the cake such as above, they may make nearly one cent on investing 3cents and in a short period of time. Also just a shell company could be worth $500k in itself saving on listing expenses etc? Anyway Sandon are the experts in this so I am very reluctant to suggest there is not much in this for them.
