Agree - if Sandon is legitimate it will come out and endorse at least the $0.0275 return for all and then haggle over the residual. if they don't then it smells like the want to take control of th accompany without paying a premium and keeping the entire existing balance of cash for themselves. I for one don't want to end up giving away a guaranteed capital return for shares in Sandon
Any broker advising their client to knock back a capital return has rocks in their head and any investor who does not support a "sure thing" like cash back suffers the same condition. The Board has acted in best interest of all shareholders (very rare in this market) !
