Ok, so
1) 17 jan they get the go ahead from the minister
2) 6th feb the greenies get a stay of execution on the ministers decision pending an appeal by the govt and zrl in the high court due for July.
3) 18 July, greenies get an interlocutory decision in the supreme court, potentially delaying the high court hearing for 2 years
4) latest hearing by the high court concluded that they can hear the appeal by the govt and zrl, regardless of the interlocutory decision in the Supreme Court.

Gut feel, the high court will side with govt and zrl and knock out the Greenie stay of execution, allowing the go ahead, but presumably the greenies can still have a crack in the Supreme Court. I wonder whether the high court decision will affect the outcome of the Supreme Court?
