I agree there has to be a way forward
for existing holders
my suggestion
1 current management goes
2. Share consolidation say 15 to 1
3. Rights issue only to existing holders
at say a 25% discount with an option attatched
non tradable for say 6 months , only tradable if I retain your placement
shares
4. Find new projects
5. Managements income be performance based but be very very
generous
