I don't mean to sound defeatist but I don't think I can bring...

I don't mean to sound defeatist but I don't think I can bring myself to even hold out any hope at this stage..I really don't see anyway they can comeback in any meaningful way from here.

So sad really that investors have just been smashed in every conceivable way in the last 5 years. Sure you might take one or two steps forward from time to time, but then its 25 steps sideways and always 3 or 4 steps back and then rinse and repeat over and over again..

I sometimes wonder if I'm ever going to be able to use my carried forward investment losses.. as it's been growing year in year out now for 3-4 years with no profit to offset it with and by the looks of it no prospect of anything better down the track.
