That statement is totally illogical. Why would any company do a CR at 0.1cps instead of 1cps?? Just trying to figure out his thought process...
Here is what I think will happen: -TDX find a new business
-Have to raise a sum of money to buy into the business.
-If it is a different sector, it will need to file for change of business to ASX (Ch 1 and 2 filing)
- get a new stock code
- consolidation of shares at the same time.
- a CR using the new code and new SP.
Which is not dissimilar to AOP changing from skin cream to gold explorer. The process could take 3-5months. (Also refer to SMA change to AKI with $96m CR).
If you buy into TDX now, be prepared to keep the money in till end of the year or early 2103.
One good thing is it is not going under for now and will live to fight another day.
