Hi Blaber, The OK was shut down due to low grade and it was mined by a Contractor, so not sure if this would be the 'change' you refer to? Harlequin was mined by Contractors in the past by both WMC and Croesus as well. You may be right about a Contractor buy in and hopefully there is a clause that says that they will manage it, then all Norseman needs to provide is a Contract Manager to check there invoices, lets face it, Norseman has to date been a reflection of how it has been managed, there has to be a reason why very experienced longterm Miners of the past left in droves and Norseman ends up becoming essential a training ground for newcomers, anyway, a great New Year to all, and hopefully holders here will get there Mill overflowing in 2012.
