It seems my guess 9 months ago was pretty accurate. Half year profit? Diploma Construction now trading insolvent. It looks to me the latest announcement is clearing the way to wind the company up over the next week or two while owing money to contractors for well over a year.
Diploma have not had a good record with ASX announcements with a lot of positive news turning out bad and sales or projects not going ahead.
