If they went and backdoor listed a tech company into Pdy they'd be much better off because they could raise money probably a lazy $4 or $5 million.
I've got a great idea for 3D printing hair on baldies' heads. Given the company already has links to hair transplant industry and very little interest in iron ore it could be an easy switch.
