not sure how anyone thinks anything will happen while in the courts, lets be serious here what company would want to invest in a company and more importantly the directors likely to get chewed up by asic and spat to the curb. Will sit in suspension for a long time which the best case for us anyway, once it's live trading consider any investment up in smoke. I have. best case would be a fraction of the real value after everything is after the courts but consider this option far fetched.
