You do not have to worry about high tide etc. At last year's AGM SE mentioned that he had an extra high wall built around the hub, to prevent any flood/storm etc damage. In his view, preventative measures such as these pay great dividends....
As far as the lng hub is concerned, the storage tank has reached its planned height ie. roof can go on now. Concerning the 600 MW power plant, the first 200 MW turbine is expected on site in the 2nd week of September and the 2nd 200 MW turbine in the 4th week of September. Commissioning around March/April, 2015.
