    re: Ann: Company Update - Matter Settled - Sh... This is great. Sounds like some or perhaps all the $4.5m will be recouped.

    From the update I am thinking there will be news released prior to fridays opening to push it up into the high teens or at least hover at current level for those needing to get out for Chritmas shopping.
