Yeah I read it earlier. PUR will have to disclose this, possibly after market close, but it looks like they will not be liable for any trading during that period. If I was them I would attempt move on from this untidy episode by disclosing the court judgement and providing an update on where they are here and abroad with a focus on the vanadium side of things.
