    re: Ann: Company Update - Enters Strategic Al... I'm looking for someone to clue me in on why the company would in one sentence scrap a major molybdenum mine and in the very next sentence say they're now fully funded to pick up a new project targeting rare earth and specialty metal projects.

    WTF?

    Deferring one specialty metal project because of depressed prices to pick up something similar?
