Meekrat, I fear you may be correct hence my apprehension re: the CR... however D.Daws is a smart operator with alot of skin in the game..he wont let this go easily as Govt have F*#*ed him over like the rest of us so he wont be taking this lightly(nor should he). Other companies will be watching this very closely and the Govt will be acutley aware of this , so the outcome will have to be seen to benifit both parties. It may be that NTM get some preferences along with $$$. NTM at least will be able to move 4ward...at the mo it is in an absolute funk and $$$ are crucial
