They certainly make sure they have the biggest share of the votes or at the very least enough votes to make it a daunting prospect for anyone who is dissatisfied with their performance to muster counter support. It is only when they really get ordinary shareholders annoyed enough that attempts are made by ordinary shareholders to band together and really start rocking the boat. The present situation is a case in point.The groundswell of annoyance or anger as revelations about the performance of Clee and the BOD have come out has produced a clamour for ordinary shareholders to take action. The efforts of some to deflect blame from the Directors and try to blame the ASX for doing its job is certainly not helpful and you would have to wonder what song sheet they are using.
No this is a classic situation where the ordinary shareholders should be uniting and mustering their strength IMHO. Go you good thing.
