Following some in depth discussion's and subsequent instructions , I believe my Business Attorney's submitted correspondence on my behalf today.
As most of you can interpret from much of my dialogue , I am of a very different view to angle of begging and groveling to the ASX.
My view is quite different to many on this forum in that - should there be an ' Action ' of any kind , I most likely will be joining in on or moreover following on from Actions taken against the ASX.
Principally these would be off the back of the Actions taken for Defamation and Liable from potential parties such as Everblu and / or associates who's names have been dropped into the Media Circus by the ASX over numerous months. And they have the Gall to pull up Companies such as AUZ and many others with respect to statements made in the media and ahead of ' Official Announcements ' - and yet do nothing. They clearly cannot control their own media relations and which severely handicap any Company going through these issues in the receiving of any semblance of a fair hearing. Couple this with their obvious overtones of personal vendetta's and revenge and this is what you end up with - 'Fake News' folk's.
I mean some of the wording in the various media circles has been absolutely appalling. If I were them , and in this modern era , I would seriously be launching a suit against the ASX for severe damage to their business reputation. And this is what I reckon is happening or about to happen in the background .
Hence the deferral of the Deadline. We'll have to wait and see , however there has been unacceptable references used and expressed within the media circus in general - and in principle , I will not support this unproven ' Witch Hunt ' when it comes to my Investments.
Should there be criminal wrongdoing , then that of course presents quite a different scenario. But for now , it would be ASX in my view. So unfortunately for me folk's it a no. clear.png

Its blatantly apparent your not just the average mum & dad investor, when you include yourself along with Everblu and associates in a possible ' Action ' against the ASX for Defamation.
To insinuate its been fake news reporting by the ASX, and now a subsequent media witch hunt has destroyed your investment.
Sometimes silence is the best approach, possibly your thoughts written above would be best left where they initiated from and not have manifested into a HC post.
No malice intended, just an opinion.
Seems like the Hot Copper Jury is in and has spoken. And that is o.k. I can accept that.
However , you should pay a little more attention to the detail and the specific wording instead of surmising and re-stating into only what you want to believe.
At the same time I can appreciate that as you are a new HC poster , you view that HDY is ' easy pickings ' in terms of getting some run's on the board. For me , I don't personally care one way or the other in regards to point scoring or the back and forth pizzing contests that happen on many of the HC forums. They all seem to go round and round and all end in the same way. I still cannot fathom though why a new HC memberr being a non-holder would choose HDY to make their debut with their seemingly endless and relentless downramping. And I certainly don't buy into your ' good Samaritan ' crap sandwich you have bee selling all of us. Personally , I strongly believe there is definitely more to you suddenly appearing here than meets the eye. And It's becoming even more clear with the demonstrable anger which comes through in posting style.
As I have said before and I strongly encourage holders to have a read back through VIC announcements. What I have found is that this whole debacle smacks of a ' whistle blower ' in the form of a disgruntled shareholder who may or may not have been in the guise of a HC member ....or perhaps another social media platform. I will leave it to others to go back and have a read from around March 2018 , and I'll guarantee you will see the pattern I am referring to. It would make sense then , that any such person who may have even taken up in another form - would perhaps be enjoying and yet displaying moments of anger as they watch and / or participate in these unfolding events.. It would also go a ways in explaining the total patchiness and lack of concrete proof of any legal wrongdoing's as well as the tone currently displayed by the ASX .
In any event and as a holder in HDY , surely even you must appreciate I have an obligation if not an absolute right to defend unsubstantiated drivel thrown constantly towards my HDY investment from a couple of point scoring non-holding downramper's
So just recapping matters. Share trading and stock picking is really not that dissimilar t to that of legal matters in they both are heavily biased towards' probability analysis and outcomes - vis-a-vis the success versus failure proposition. So having obtained ' real ' legal advice in regards these matters and with respect to my own personal position , I have formed the view that their is really 3 types of potential claims.
There will be those who feel their best success will be a class action against the BOD of HDY as well as VIC . The second type will be those claims brought about by the Company(s) in the absence of proof and / or wrongdoing and the significant collateral damage resulting from the causation's to other third parties to this whole affair and from the manner in which it has been handled. The third group of claims will be those which can potentially rise from the initiated 2nd group of claim(s) - which incidentally do not have to be identical in nature. This is where I have been advised would potentially give me more leverage and probability of a successful outcome at the present moment. Funnily enough , this advice hasn't been couched in terms like ' arrivederci roma - goodbye my love ' -lol
Your're right about one thing - Silence is often best. .Just not in the case of my HDY holdings. That is why you mostly will not find me commenting on many of my investments held or traded. For one I am far to busy and focused on other matters. Secondly , the frequency of my trades would prohibit any productive or justifiable reason's for posting. My final reason would be because of the type of Posters like you who seem to be littered all over the HC Forums. Who needs to post when you can simply go about your business of making money in this game without it.
So I think you will find that when I do post , it is often measured and targeted to a very valid reason., and I can't think of anyone who would post without reasons.. For some its about who can use the Best and Biggest Words - What's yours ?
