I'm also not a HDY shareholder, yet I'm not new to HC.
What does "seniroity" have to do with the veracity of someone's posts on HC - especially when they are well reasoned?
I don't see any "demonstrable anger" in the posts of @Hashimoto, although as a market participant observing the type of behaviour propagated by HDY management and those behind the scenes, I could definitely understand any such anger.
As for everything emanating from, "a' whistle blower ' in the form of a disgruntled shareholder who may or may not have been in the guise of a HC member ", what is the relevance in that?
If there was nothing to substantiate the whistle blower's claims, ASX wouldn't have pursued this course of action.
So you can fulfil your "obligation if not an absolute right to defend unsubstantiated drivel thrown constantly towards my HDY investment", however as it currently stands, at least in the eyes of many objective market participants, the claims against HDY are not "unsubstantiated drivel" and ASX seems to agree.
If HDY is so sure of its pure actions, I'd love to see them take ASX to court.
I'm the last to support the actions of ASX, however in this instance, as an unbiased outsider, I'm glad to see them throw down the gauntlet.
If HDY management feel they are taking it up the you know what from ASX, they should be willing to take up the glove.
