yeah but the thing is this vanadium thing they were flogging was just all a lot of hot air that would allow this blumental character to dump a sh$tload of shares that he got from the BOD fee for 'introducing' clee to some people who may well not even really exist as a separate entity. regardless of the morality of any of this I find it hard to see that there is no criminality involved. but then again I'm no lawyer and maybe there's something I don't understand about the situation. perhaps the BOD could provide some enlightenment to SHs on how this was something other than a straight out rip-off of SH funds?
