Could I respectfully point out S-B that in that sentence that you have emboldened there is one key word there which limits the general meaning of the message. That word is "usually". In other words there could be circumstances where the ASX can choose a different time other than the close of trading.Could I also suggest that the ASX gave the HDY Board plenty of notice of the likelihood of serious consequences and that they had to produce a response to the ASX's questions which was acceptable to the ASX by the 20th December. The Board failed to do so as is well documented and explained in the ASX's announcement following the 20th. To suggest that the ASX has given HDY just 4 days to respond is ignoring the message and the basic final demand that was involved with the 20th Dec deadline.
