If it was such a company as you describe, it would not be trading at such a large discount now would it.
Time will tell story, and history will record whether I'm right or wrong, and how good the BOM of TEG is and how well they spend their GAS funds.
I have sold all my TEG (a while ago) and only one GAS, and I won't be changing.
Bottom line is that both sets of shareholders will profit from GAS, it's just how much actual $$$ ends up in shareholders pockets from a takeover.
If it was such a company as you describe, it would not be...
