If I told you a number in isolation, would it matter?
It's not difficult to derive this for yourself - you just need to come up with: 1) a desired hold period, 2) estimate of operating earnings at exit, 3) fair multiple on earnings, and 4) desired rate of return.
If you specify those 4 items, I can potentially help you with valuation.
