Couldn't agree more with you josimar. The gold recovery is what is price sensitive and the lack of disclosure of this borders on nonsense for the rest of the announcement. I recently bought more of these believing mining has been going to plan...perhaps I could sue the company for lack of disclosure. When does a company become liable for lack of disclosure? I'm also a victim of AMI who won an award as up and coming producer just prior to their shock announcement. Directors and CEOs earning huge remuneration is a joke when they hold information, for any length of time without disclosure, that substantially alters share price.
