I too am concerned by the recent 3 resignations, 2 of them from people involved in finance.

There is a complete lack of transparency. The BFS was delayed a numbers of times and during this time the company has been saying there are strong interest from financiers but now need 3 months to evaluate the offers.

I strongly believe there will be more delays with some half baked reasons given.

I am concerned this project is being deliberately delayed, for some undisclosed reason they appear not to want to make a commitment to begin this project and investors are not being advised why.

The BOD is supposed to be working for the benefit of ALL shareholders.
