Don't ever like it when the CFO resigns. 3 weeks to find a replacement. Also, no reason stated for the resignation such as health or to spend more time with family or new job, and they did not even say whether or not she will continue on as a director.
Is something going on that we don't know about? Hopefully, just a clash of personalities type thing and not from operational problems.
this company needs to be sold or merged. Management has hinted at this in the last 2 annual reports. It is just too small to absorb all the overhead of being a public company. And next to zero liquidity in the stock.
It seems clear to me that the stock is undervalued and the assets are very desirable especially being agricultural with the declining Australian dollar.
. I have tried to add to my position but that is not easy to do. But I might hold off until this resignation is understood furrther.
