If this is the person that has been hired by ONT, then based on his career history, I don't have much expectation that he will stay in this job for very long, because:
1. He has been moving between jobs on average every 12 months (or even less)
2. He comes from hospitality background not health services background
If it's just one or two people not fitting in, then I can understand, but 11 people over 13 years (and still counting) ????
There must be a personality clash between all of these staff and the company's founder. The other possibility is, the company is simply lousy in nurturing its talents or choosing its candidates initially or providing the welcoming environment in which people want to stay with the company and grow their career.
