Perhaps they actually read our posts here and made a correction today

Despite what anyone says the current share price must be a very sobering New Years situation for Crescent Capital. If your in at $340 Million at SP of about 1.4 and after 12 months (despite capital raising(s) it would be a lot worse) SP trading at 0.97 cents. Their investors must be rather pi$$ed off. You'd want minimum 10% return and probably 15% per anum. Considering opportunity costs they would need huge share price shifts this year to get them anywhere near an acceptable level. Unless someone buys Cardno (or something radical happens) it will be steady as she goes. @croasian is usually an excellent foil to my negativity. Crudely a 3 to 5 year share price north of $2 is required to get a return. No doubt if they do it we'll be all rather happy but I just cant see a transformational shift happening. There is a lot of infrastructure work on the horizon in Australia, though I've no idea if they can win any of this and the US must still give them conniptions.  

I'm a long term investor and am probably overexposed to CDD, unfortunately I believed the Wankmuller turnabout plan. I think Crescent have done a solid job. My buy in price is $1.18 and some have done a well at buying in at the bottom. I'd love to know half year results and where do they see themselves in 1, 2 and 3 years? I've changed my sentiment from buy to hold.
