Yeah I think it's a competitive industry that's always undergoing change which is not an investors' friend. That's the speculative bit.
The big software companies are going full service to scoop out a lot of their work. It's not pretty at all.
Again though similar to CDD last year, little debt still generating cash. Probably selling for less than the services arm which is only 1/3rd of the business.
As you say could get gobbled quite a fat office overhead in there. It's probably worth more to a bigger player.
There's quite a few Crescent types sniffing around for deals - it's good to be prepared for the long haul and surprised by a faster turnaround.
Yeah, my friends investment advisor strongly advised against NWF but luckily they listened to me instead. That's the point of what I am doing though - I pretty much only read the sell reports from my analyst now.
I don't talk to them anymore because I don't give a shot about what they think. Believing in the efficient market hypothesis makes them functionally retarded.
Filter through the sell reports for a decent buy or two is what I do now. No point even looking at the buy reports really.
