If they had made the decision in 2016 to commence small scale mining and production by getting the existing plant up and running, then they would already be in production right now......wasted opportunity. Have partially sold out and will be back again near the end of CY2018 if they have finally learned to pull their finger out and do something. My money could be working faster and harder somewhere else until then.
