You mentioned, "During the luncheon a question was asked from the floor asking MW if LEG was working on any future acquisitions. The answer was No."

Can you be more specific as to whether you actually heard MN say these words and if so, is there any recording or transcript we can refer to?

The actual presentation MW appears to have talked from at that luncheon states on slide 9 that, the company is aiming at "New Projects" which, is in line with the strategy he has spoken of ever since December 2013 when the sale of the Cameroon project was announced.

If MW did mention that they weren't working on any future acquisitions he appears to be contradicting himself... Stackey, any specifics you could supply would be useful to shareholders.
