If management were planning to just do nothing and to bleed the company over the next few years it wouldn't explain why MW has purchased 15M shares in the last 3 months. He would be interested in lifting the SP so that his 60M or so shares are worth something. No one throws away money. He bought for a reason... he believes there is upside to the company's activities.
