If by having an AGM with a vote and the vote being finalised means it's been sorted, then yes.

New management yet to prove themselves worthy.

I am being patient because the market cap is so small, it has every chance of being a multi bagger if they can pull it together.

BRM is in shambles and its still $250m

DMA is arguably not much different to BRM and $16m

The difference between the two is management + time.
