ummm has there been an announcement that this has commenced?

Statements like 'EDC is in Peru' doesn't cut it with me. Of course they are in Peru, they are there signing contracts for other projects in Peru.

HRL has very little money (if any) and two out of the six months have passed where EDC can withdraw and HRL has to return the $0.4m (which they have spent).

HRL is looking very scary kk. Can't believe it has held it's value so well considering no news. The company can't survive on air alone.

On the other hand - it's not as scary as RTD. Jeez what a complete mess the geothermal sector became...a complete bloodbath.
