Funny enough I finally got round to it today, have added new ownership and royalties but no idea how to apply corporate tax or the super tax as it’s called.
1 - Nzuri could release an FS with high commodity prices rendering it ineligible for super tax according to how the law is written. And the Congolese have said - the law is final!
2 - Copper is dropping and cobalt is rising, yet the cost of production is spread across both, and impossible to tax one metal for being at a high price as costs not broken out.
