Ummm. ...I did research prior to investing and decided at the time it was a leading edge technology and had significant upside potential.

Since that point in time they appointed a new CEO (something shareholders dont get to vote on)...something 100% in control of the board and something they should researched sufficiently prior to making the appointment.....alas we inherited a CEO who to date has failed to deliver on every timeline and target they have set.....who should take on this responsibility for this outcome - The CEOand the board should......Shareholders have had to stomach a CEO who has clearly failed to deliver on every timeline over the last 2 year's and nearly every month over the last 2 year's we set a new 12 month low in shareprice. The CEO should 100% step aside and let someone else deliver where he has failed.

The only decision I openly take responsibility for is failing to sell when the appointment of Brent Barnes was announced to the market.....alas I failed to do sufficient research myself to realise he was not going to be up to the task....I placed faith in our board that they had done appropriate research on this aspect......Sufficient time has passed for the CEO to deliver but alas he hasn't.....as such I will do everything feasible to get him to be replaced as I have still have faith in the product.

Based on the shareprice the market is fully in agreement with my sentiment.
