Bingo you have got it. If you go over all the Ann from 2015 forwards you will see the massive potential, the good, the bad, the disappointment, the delays, and all you need to completely affirm the reliability problem. There is even an order that never got filled and was never heard of again!

Price is not the main concern it’s can they actually achieve any of the potential that always seems just out of reach.

The changes made in the last few months may just allow IOR to realise some of its potential, that what we are all hoping.
