IOR hasn't accomplished much since, the quantity sold over 18 months doesn't even pay for a single quarter of costs.
Sales June 2017 Qtr = $10,000
Sales Sept 2017 Qtr = $181,000
Sales Dec 2017 Qtr = $382,000
Sales Mar 2018 Qtr = $173,000
Sales June 2018 Qtr = $928,000 a marginal improvement but still losing $1.5 million
Sales Sept 2018 Qtr = ?

The price might have been negotiated and the quantity, obviously not much has been supplied. I would think the customer will look elsewhere, IOR is not exactly reliable.
