Rocket -  you have some good points.   If I understand it correctly,  it is in First Samuels interest to keep the share price low.  If they keep it at This price in three years time they can convert the notes to shares and they will own half the company.  I don't know what kind of ethical culture they have at first Samuel but judging from other instituations in Australia that do their utmost to get their hands on other shareholders money we have to be careful.  We need to continually check their motives.  I continue to hold and see what happens.  I think we have to be careful of announcements which are framed to make the company look bad.  

Mickloff  -  good stuff for doing the work of checking up on Cedrics shares.  We all need to continually check what directors do because we just can't count on directors being honest or ASIC to pull them up for us.  If we ever see misconduct I think we need to try and speak out to investigative journalists and keep Directors doing their job of working for shareholders.

So a message to the new chairman mr Richards -  we as shareholders are continually monitoring your decisions and judging them based on whether they are a) good for directors and first Samuel or b) good for ALL shareholders.  

People probably get sick of me posting my blog articles and I'm sure at least 1 or 2 will criticise me for it but my last one I wrote that Australia is 57th in the world for protection of minority shareholders and Indian is equal 4th according to world bank and that is staggering.
