I would be the least surprised if TO activity is not already in place for TPI. The SP appears to be so under value, that TPI is a target. It is a market leader and only start to operate efficiently and just sorted out their fleet problems. The company is off from a very low base, so giant strides could be make in the companies profitability. The SP has come down a lot and also appears to be oversold, so a market play here is all possible.
