It's my understanding from reading HC. SEG were piggy backing like a lot of the juniors on the back of the eagle (Nova / ARV). etc. Conglomerate hype.
I like a lot here thought that we were on a winner.
This time last year SEG were at a low when I got in. (002) which is equivalent to 0.070
I thought to myself I will give it a year all up and if it didn't improve I would move on. In April after a few months they did a consolidation 35/1 from memory.
I didn't know what it really meant as I am a newbie so I sold up for what I paid for it, of course lost out with buying and selling fees plus a loss on the bank interest even though it isn't much.
I bought in again a few months back at the low and kept buying along the way believing I was on to a good thing .
After all my gaining and with the decline in the sp I sold up, lucky to have broken even. I got on the bottom step and ended up there. ( I still hold the options)
Not sure if I would buy back in again to AMD (SEG) but never say never.
This year was a learning curve for me for sure.
This was my experience with this company.

As for AMD who knows, they might get lucky and find the holy grail.
Or piggy back on the next hype again.
