The general wisdom is to buy low and sell high. Currently looks to be low for me, so it's time to buy if you have lots of cash.

Don't wait for OGC to get to $3 to buy. That's what mugs do, buy high and sell low. This is what I am observing with literally every other sector ... they are living on BTFATH in the US thanks to the Fed Reserve and the muppet-masters spruiking everything is fine and dandy there. Well well well... we shall see in 2014!
