He talks as though IFE is in the same league as Fortescue.... and when asked if the China downturn might result in reduced production for IFE says he doesn't think so WHAT BLOODY PRODUCTION IAN - THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY ????
Dollars mentioned - $6m for port work and $9m for working capital: $15m doesn't sound like much but for a company with a MC of only $25m it is huge. On top of that, Finch must be assuming consent will be given for the "bulk buffer facility" at the port so that the number of purpose-built containers will be reduced from 3000 to 270 - a difference in cost of $19m. I see this factor as critical to IFE's survival - there is no way IFE can raise $34m in the current market. Does anyone have any idea what the environmentalists are likely to say about the BBF proposal ?
Finally, Finch says "with a market cap of only $25m IFE is a very good investment." I am not even sure that is true but considering the MC was $80m only a few months ago AND that most long-term holders are in at a cost of around $1 IFE has been anything but a good investment. I am still feeling sick about being sucked in by this incompetent prick.
