i do believe that ian scribes BOTH questions AND answers.
it's all about a port and nothing much else now.
this port facility we cannot know much more of until planning approval changes get announced by end nov.
then we might get enviromental fighting.
it all looks good and it is good but without that genuine port facilty news and that first shipment sailing off into the sunset this dog will not bark loudly.

ps imo do not let these sort of announcements unbalance your thinking. we need substance and lots of it.
