re: Ann: Company Announcment re Half Year to ... I guess before ABV is liquidated and wound up, it would actually need some debt or some reason. Since the company has no debt, and makes about $7,000,000.00 in revenue p/a from sales (with a market cap of only around $20m) within the mining industry alone which covers all operating expenses and more, has 10 years of background proven technology experience, have recommendations of City of Swan, and the SIBS brake was tax-payer funded, I’d saying they are in an enormously string position to launch their SIBS truck brake least of all in Australia, but likely worldwide. Only a naive idiot would think the government is going to back a company like this for $4 million dollars to then turn around once its built and launched and say they’re now not interested. Especially when you look at the huge success this product seems to be in current trials.

Unlike many start-ups in Australia that suffer from lack of capital and need to constantly raise capital to pay the bills and keep the lights on, ABV’s new truck brake is fully funded in to market by the current business model. Really, if you look close at the numbers, the only reason ABV has not had earnings as opposed to revenue is because they are diverting profits the company is currently making to R&D. If they didn’t do that, the P/E on this company would be much more appreciated IMO.

I’m thoroughly looking forward to some great announcements in the next few months of major orders that will raise a few eyebrows I’m sure. I’m going to love every bit of it with millions of shares in my kitty.
